Terms of Service

By purchasing or downloading the Laravel SaaS Starter ("the Product"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Product.

The Product is sold and operated by Entro Solutions ("we", "us", "our") and distributed through laravelsaas.store.

Laravel SaaS Starter is a digital software product — a production-ready Laravel boilerplate that includes a super admin dashboard, Stripe payment integration, user authentication, affiliate management, email tooling, SEO setup, a landing page, and a design system.

The Product is delivered as a ZIP archive containing full source code and an installation guide. It is not a hosted service and does not include servers, domains, or managed infrastructure.

Upon a valid purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, commercial license to:

• Use the Product in your own SaaS applications or client projects.
• Modify the source code to suit your requirements.
• Deploy the Product on as many domains as covered by your plan.

You may NOT:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Product or its source code as a standalone product.
• Share your download with others who have not purchased a license.
• Use the Product to build a competing starter kit or boilerplate product.
• Remove or obscure any copyright notices from the source code.

Payments are processed securely by Gumroad. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Upon successful payment, Gumroad will send you a download link by email automatically.

If you do not receive your download link within 30 minutes of purchase, check your spam folder or contact us.

All sales are final. Because the Product is a digital download, we do not offer refunds once the source code has been accessed or downloaded.

If you have questions about what is included in a plan before purchasing, we encourage you to reach out first. We are happy to clarify anything.

Plan-specific update entitlements:

• Starter Admin Only / Complete Starter Kit — receive bug fixes and security patches for the purchased version.
• Complete + Lifetime Updates — receive all future feature releases, new integrations, and new modules at no additional cost, for the lifetime of the product.

Updates are delivered via email as new ZIP releases. We do not guarantee a specific release schedule.

Free installation assistance on any Ubuntu server is included with all plans. Reach out after purchase via email. Support is provided on a best-effort basis and is typically resolved within 24 hours on business days.

Support does not cover custom feature development, third-party integrations beyond those included, or issues arising from modifications you have made to the code.

The Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Product will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

You are responsible for testing the Product in your own environment before deploying to production.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Entro Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal proceedings are initiated.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Product after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
